Mindfulness for Teens – Summer Session

Are you a teen who is feeling the pressure of school, activities, friends, and expectations from others?  You are not alone.  Mindfulness is a powerful set of strategies for coping with stress.   Each hour long session will included a mindfulness lesson – with a follow up discussion on how this can be applied to our everyday lives.  Don’t want to participate in the discussion?  Just listen in!

  • Summer Session Dates: 6/6, 6/20, 7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/15
  • 7:00 to 8:00 at Tin Bucket – 12 Woburn St. Reading, MA
  • $25 per drop in session or $125 for all six sessions ($25 savings)
  • Try the first class at the drop in rate, before deciding if you want to pay for all six sessions at discounted rate.
