Each hour long session will included a mindfulness lesson – with a follow up discussion on how this can be applied to our everyday lives. Don’t want to participate in the discussion? Just listen in!
- Summer Session Dates: 6/6, 6/20, 7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/15
- 7:00 to 8:00 at Tin Bucket – 12 Woburn St. Reading, MA
- $25 per drop in session or $125 for all six sessions ($25 savings)
